What This Calculator Does

This tool shows how maintenance fees can grow over time and how different annual increase rates can dramatically change the total cost over 10, 20, and 30 years.

Step 1: Use the Current Tab

• Enter the current annual maintenance fee
• Select the annual increase percentage
• Tap Generate to view projections

Step 2: Review the Results

• 10 / 20 / 30 year totals highlight long-term impact
• The annual table shows year-by-year growth

Step 3: Switch to the Comparison Tab

• The comparison view is pre-filled from the Current tab
• Adjust only what you want to test (usually the annual increase)
• Use Reset to Current anytime to snap back

Toggle Summary to hide details and focus on big-picture differences. This view is ideal for quick conversations and presentations.
